ĦĦĦĦThe Guangdong city of Zhongshan is set to invest USD47.5 million in a port project. Chu Kong, Shipping Enterprise (Holding), Zhongshan Shipping Enterprise Group and the Huangpu township asset operating company of Zhongshan.
ĦĦĦĦThe port will have eight container berths, and the volume handled each year is expected to reach 200,000 TEUs. The facility is designed to be a logistics platform for the export-oriented factories in the area.
