¡¡¡¡Sinotrans Shipping Limited and Zhoushan Jinhaiwant Shipyard Co., Ltd signed a shipbuilding agreement on manufacturing two 176,000-ton bulk carriers in Shanghai on June 27th, 2008. Sinotrans President Zhao Huxiang signed the agreement on behalf of Sinotrans .
¡¡¡¡Sinotrans Board Chairman Miao Gengshu pointed out that the agreement turns a new chapter for cooperation between the two parties and lifts the business of Sinotrans freight fleet to a higher level.Manufacturing of the two bulk carriers is scheduled to start in September this year and to be delivered in November and December 2009 successively. ¡¡¡¡Sinotrans Limited Sets up a Joint Venture in Saudi Arabia
¡¡¡¡June 24th, Sinotrans Limited and ALMAJDOUIE signed an agreement in Jinyun Mansion, Beijing on the establishment of a joint venture in Saudi Arabia. Present at the signing ceremony were President Zhang Jianwei and Vice President Tao Suyun, President Assistant Yu Jianmin from Sinotrans Limited and President Abdullah and Vice President Mustafa from ALMAJDOUIE. The signing ceremony was addressed by Vice President Tao Suyun and President Abdullah. On behalf of the company, President Zhang Jianwei signed the agreement.
